Lennar has joined the builder roster for Kingston South, the gated southern neighborhood within the broader Kingston community. The addition brings one of the country’s largest national builders alongside the regional and luxury names already announced for the village.

Lennar’s Kingston South collection will include single-family floor plans ranging from roughly 1,800 to 3,200 square feet, priced from the upper 300s. Every home will ship with the builder’s “Everything’s Included” package — quartz counters, stainless appliances, smart-home tech, and impact windows are standard rather than upgrades.

Where it fits in Kingston South

When can you tour?
Model home construction is scheduled to begin alongside the broader Kingston South vertical timeline, with a furnished model row targeted to open in early 2027. Interest list registration will go live on Lennar’s site once pre-sales open.
