Esplanade at Kingston Sales Center Opens

Taylor Morrison’s Esplanade at Kingston sales center is officially open — the first on-site builder presence in the community. Three fully furnished model homes are available to tour by appointment, and on-site sales counselors are taking interest-list deposits for the inaugural neighborhood phase.

What Esplanade brings

Esplanade at Kingston is a 55+ resort-style neighborhood with its own gated entry, amenity campus, and lifestyle programming. Inside the gate, residents have access to a private clubhouse, a resort pool with cabana seating, pickleball and tennis complexes, a culinary studio, and a full-time lifestyle director.

Touring the models

The sales center is open Monday through Saturday and Sunday afternoons by appointment. Three model homes — the Spruce, the Cypress, and the Magnolia — are dressed and available to walk. Tour visits begin with a community overview, a Kingston master-plan walkthrough, and a sit-down with a sales counselor on lot availability and timing.

Reserving a homesite
